Beta service
Virtual Employee is provided as a beta, "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Features, availability and pricing may change without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not use this service for anything unlawful, or to send spam, harass others, or abuse connected third-party accounts and services.
Fictional employee personas
Employee names, photos, biographies and nationalities shown in the catalog are fictional personas, not real people. They're a presentation convention for automated task profiles, not a representation that any specific individual works for or through this service.
Plans and fees
A free plan is available with limits described on the plans page. Paid plans and billing are being finalized and will be announced before any charge is introduced.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Employee and Rose Etiket are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this beta service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
